From the west: Northern State Parkway to Exit 42 North, Rt. 231. Go to traffic light, bear right onto East Deer Park Road. Continue to Jericho Turnpike (Rte. 25) and merge right. Get into the far left lane right away, two lights turn left onto Elwood Rd. All the above is less than one mile. Stay on Elwood Rd. (5 miles), cross over Rte. 25A, continue North, streets merge and you will be on Church Street. Take Church to Main Street. Turn left onto Main St. The Yoga Center is one mile down Main, on the right side, directly opposite the post office.
From the east: Sunken Meadow Parkway North to the end, exit Route 25A West. Travel Rte. 25A for four miles (five traffic lights). Go through the fifth light and turn right onto Main Street. The Yoga Center is down Main, on the right side, directly opposite the post office.
Important: The entrance to the Yoga Center is on the side of the building. Non-metered parking is available up the street. It's a short walk to the center. Also, there is a municipal lot if you pass the center and turn right at the blinking light. At the top of the hill, on the left, is free parking.
