POWER YOGA -Primary series of Astanga
Vinyasa YOGA -Dynamic fast paced class
RESTORATIVE YOGA - Fully supported postures using bolsters, blankets, yoga props. 
Kids/Tween Yoga -Physical activity that is noncompetitive. Flexibility, strength and coordination are improved. Yoga helps to concentrate better and offers a sense of calmness and relaxation. To find out more about it please go on to www.yogakids.com. 
Prenatal Yoga -Helps to strengthen and stretch muscles, release tension and maintain good posture. Teaches to relax on command. Clears the mind of the stresses associated with pregnancy and motherhood. Helps to prepare the body for labor, delivery and teaches breathing techniques associated with labor. 
 
Private classes available. Kids Birthday Parties and Girls/Boys Scout meetings available upon request. Call for details.
